does target issue temp cards?

waiting for my replacement to come... wondering if the service desk issues temp ones like they do when you first get the card. Anyone know?

One would think that they would be able to issue a temp card of some sort since they issue them when you apply in the store

They don't unfortunately, I asked when I had a Target card, forgot it and they wouldn't look it up

No they cannot look it up. They do not have access to your Target card. They can only simply take your payment - and even then you need your card or payment slip.
