Does someone know the value seasons for 2003

When is the value time for Jan thru April???

Usually the value season for January is several days into Jan. about the 3rd until several days before President's weekend in Feb, then it turns into high season and stays that way until a couple of weeks after Easter, which I believe is April 20 next year, then it turns into regular season until the end of August. From late August to the beginning of Oct it is then value season again. Oct until early Nov is usually regular season, from there you go up and down as the holidays approach. Hope that helps, though not definitive.
