...that tells us which restaurants allow a smoothie and/or milkshake as a standard drink on the DDP? I was most curious about a smoothie at Chef Mickey's for breakfast. It might be nice to have if we can put one together.

Thanks,

Kristin

As I have never done the dining plan, I am not really sure.I do know that from being on this board that Whispering Canyon Cafe has something called a bottomless milkshake. Maybe you could call ahead aand see if it counts towards the drink that comes with your meal. Hope this helps :wizard:

I haven't seen a list. The only two I know about are Whispering Canyon and 50s Prime Time Cafe.

Lots of places offered my kids smoothies on the DDP. They didn't always take them, and sometimes they did, and didn't like them. I mostly remember the places where they got them and didn't like them, and we had to order them a soda. I know 'Ohana and Le Celliar were two of them. I'm also thinking Kona and Flying Fish.

When we booked our package the CM was very helpful and voluntarily told me that smoothies were available on the dining plan as your drink. He said, a lot of people don't know that, so they don't ask...but told me to be sure to ask for them. He was more excited than I was.

Kona has smoothies on the DDP...the raspberry one is yum-o! Also at Spoodles, we were able to get a non-alcoholic sangria.

I never saw a list but on our last trip in Dec/06 both LeCellier and Kona told us that they allow smoothies in place of sodas.
