They did last year in San Diego when I was there. We just left dad with the little ones at the ride exit and when we left, he went in (we left him, one son and two grandparents to get back on the ride - we were a group of 14). We had to let one of the people manning the gates know beforehand what we were doing, but they had no problem with it. Just ask at the ride about baby swap and they should help you out.
