Does Search Get Shut Down On and Off During the Day?

It seems like I will use the Search function once and then I will try again 30 minutes later and it will be down and in 2 hours it is back up.

Does this happen to everyone else as well?

search is VERY load intensive. If too many people start searching at the same time it could bring the board to it's knees. I put in a "load limiter" that shuts search down automatically whenever the server gets to a certain point.
