Does reservation at VB provide 60 day FP+ booking?

If you mean Vero Beach, the answer is no. The 60 day rule is not a DVC resort rule. It is a WDW rule that applies only to on-site resorts. It includes three resorts not operated by Disney -- Swan, Dolphin and Shades of Green -- but excludes one on-site resort not operated by Disney, the Four Seasons, and excludes any non-WDW DVC resorts.

Shades of Green reservations can't be linked to MDE, so no 60 day FP+ booking.

Well, I had linked my Vero Beach reservation for last November to MDE (before our WDW reservation) and when I went to look at the FP+ booking tool a few days before our window would have opened, it was open already. I recalculated a few times and we really were still 64 days out from the start of our WDW reservation. So, my conclusion was that it was the Vero Beach reservation that caused the FP+ window to be open already.
