Does Paramount still have free breakfast vouchers with their 7 day hopper plus? Is their 7 day hoppr plus ticket still $314 (adult) and $249 (child)?

There was a post this morning that says they no longer offer breakfast vouchers but are sending Disney Quest passes, instead.
