Does Palo still give you an amuse bouche?

For anyone who has recently dined at Palo on the fantasy, dream, magic or wonder were you given an amuse bouche with dinner?

I dined at Palo on the Magic in October and on the Fantasy in March, and I was served an amuse bouche each time.

So strange - I posted awhile back that I realized we weren’t given bread, and realized this evening we weren’t given an amuse bouche either. I’m not sure if we had the worse server or they just didn’t like us. Our dining experience was not good at Palo I regret now not bringing it to anyones attention. We had brunch there the same day we had dinner since it was the only MDR menu we wanted to miss and we had the same server for brunch and dinner and he was friendly but honestly just awful. We tipped him well at brunch so it couldn’t of been that .. maybe he was just having an off day.

Which ship? I definitely received both bread and amuse bouche both times that I recently dined at Palo. I actually remember the amuche bouche well from the October cruise because my server made a gaffe by serving it while I was watching some brief fireworks that were outside, sort of spoiling my enjoyment of that. But he was a great server otherwise. Maybe you had a newbie or the ship had a supply issue?

The fantasy in April - other tables had bread - I just never thought of either of these things until afterwards. I’d like to do Palo again in October for dinner but I think between our server and dinner my husband doesn’t have a desire to do dinner and brunch again.

If you're sailing Dream class, have dinner at Remy instead next time. It's a very nice experience.

We will be doing the Fantasy again - one of these days we will do Remy. But the next two cruises will be with my in laws so will have to wait until our next cruise alone

We had an amuse bouche and bread at Palo two weeks ago. The amuse bouche was the single best bite of food I've had on the Fantasy. I wish we could have ordered a plate of it as an entrée.

Same for my cruise in June. It was some kind of mushroom thing and it was amazing.

My favorite amuse bouche from Remy was a cracker with tomato paste. When washed down with a shot of cucumber juice, it made Gazpacho soup in your mouth!
