Does O'hana really have a 45 minute wait?

We had a 5:00 ADR last year and waited a total of 90 minutes to be seated! We arrived about 4:55 and waited in the check in line until about 5:25. Then we had to wait to be seated until 6:30 and that was only after I complained to the manager. I think we must have hit it on an off night, because although a wait seems normal I don't think 90 minutes is normal especially since we were there at restaurant opening. It kinda turned me off from going there again However, there are so many new places to try that it's no biggie.

I have to say that we were all so exhausted(from trying to keep 4 little kids occupied for so long)and frustrated that we weren't able to enjoy dinner.

If you're in the check-in line longer than 15 minutes past your ADR, do they cancel your ADR?
