Does MS open at 8am EST?

Definitely 9:00AM. I called on Monday morning, I dialed first at 8:58 got the message "our office is closed". Dialed twice more and at exactly 9:00 it went through and someone answered immediately!

MS is open 9:00am to 5:30pm eastern time, 7 days a week. They are closed for select major holiday.
