Does MNSSHP ticket include admission?

We just decided today to add this to our trip but hope to go after visiting a waterpark. Do we use up a day from our park hopper as well as the the event ticket or does the event ticket serve as our admission also? I understand that we can go any time after 4pm. Is this correct?

The MNSSHP ticket will be your admission ticket into the MK. Last year, even though the party didn't start until 7pm, they were allowing folks to enter on their MNSSHP ticket at 4pm. I assume it will be the same this year, but we won't really know until after the first party on September 15.
