Does Minnie and Friends Breakfast get you in early?

What is the earliest time you can get at Minnie's Breakfast on Main Street? Does it get you in the park early like the Castle at WDW?

The restaurant opens at the same time the park opens. I have been told the earliest PS you can make is 15 minutes after the park opens in order that people have time to get into the park and to the restaurant. Having a PS there will not give you priority at the gates.

If I recall right I was told recently while planning my upcomming trip that first seating is around 9 if that is when the park opens that day, but you wont be allowed to go to it until they drop the rope for everyone going in at ee, or park opening, so no they don't allow you into the park early for seating. They allow you through the gates with everyone then they have it roped off midway up main street where they make everyone crowd up, and wait for them to drop the rope. Basically you will go in when everyone is getting in. This is whatt was explained to me during my dining call to ask about it.
