Does Merida meet at park opening?

Hi all. I'm working on our touring plans and wondering if we head over to Merida at rope drop, will she be there before 9am or will we have to line up and wait until 9?
What about other characters? Tinkerbell, Rapunzel, etc?

I *think* (but don't quote me) that Merida starts meeting guests at 9:15am. As for the others, I believe they start greeting right at park open.
