Does ME pick up Canadian airlines ?

Honestly asking for a friend. Does Swoop airlines participate in the program that will pick up your luggage if you put the tags on them and deliever to their resort?

good question. WestJet the parent company does. But it is Disney that picks up the luggage not Swoop

All luggage will get delivered to your resort hotel if you put the yellow tags on your luggage regardless of what airline you use. You just have to clear customs in Canada, so, so long as the your departure city does that you're all good to wave goodbye to your luggage at your departure city and say hello to it again at your resort. The bags are picked up by Disney luggage transfer behind the scenes at Orlando airport, before it hits the luggage carousel.

You won't be able to use resort check in unless it's with a participating airline (mostly the US ones).

It doesn’t matter what the airline is. You just have to be a guest at a Disney operated resort. You put the yellow tags on your luggage at home and then, if you clear US Customs in Canada, and put them in the luggage belt in a Candaa you’ll see them next when they are brought to your resort room about 3hrs after you arrive at your resort. Luggage is actually handled at MCO by Bags Inc who transport it by truck to the resorts. It seamless and reliable.

It would be wise to pack necessities in your carry-on. We just got back from Disney, arrived at 1pm on Christmas Day and didn’t get our luggage until midnight. We were exhausted from being up at 4am and both kids were starting to come down with a viral illness later in the night. Not a good experience.

We weren’t going to a park the day we arrived so we just picked up our luggage at the airport and kept it with us on the bus.
