I am thinking they do not... but I wanted to confirm... I found a great airfare but it flies into Sandford and adding a rental car (which would mean two for our size group) makes it not a great deal-- that and who wants to drive when you can have ME!

No, Mickey ony picks up at MCO:( . You could rent a shuttle service to pick you up and arrange it to pick you up for your departure. You can sometimes get a good rate that way.

As others have said, no, they do not. HOWEVER, my wife and I have found that due to the drastic difference in flights costs for us, as in much cheaper flying into Sanford, we still come out cheaper using a limo\taxi service from Sanford to WDW. We also like the fact that we are in control. We land at Sanford, get our luggage, load up the limo\taxi, and go directly to our resort.

Frankly, even if we flew into the "big" airport, we would still use a private shuttle service. I've heard one too many bad reports, even from close friends, regarding the "Magic "Express".

Either way, if you are flying into Sanford, don't fret. It's a great little airport, that is VERY convenient to get in and out of. :)

And I've heard one too many bad reports, even from close friends, regarding car services. That's why I use Disney's Magical Express exclusively.

Oh, no doubt, simply stating however that as ME does NOT do Sanford, you don't have much of a choice. In regards to poor service however, we pretty much use Mears shuttle service exclusively and have never had an issue. Runs anywhere from 90 to 100 one way, but again, it's still cheaper, and yes, IMO, a better value than ME.

My problem with ME, not bashing here, so no need to take it personally, is that I don't like the very real possibility, as has happened to friends of ours on more than one occasion, of not getting your luggage until very late in the evening.

Everyone's mileage may vary with the different options. You will be able to find those that had wonderful experiences and those that had horrible experiences with ME, a shuttle service, and renting a car!

I have been lucky and have used ME several time and had no problems. You just have to know that you may not get your luggage for up to 6 hours. We pack our carry on accordingly. But we have actually had our luggage within 3-4 hours. We used a shuttle once and had a great experience and got a grocery store stop.

Really it is just up to how much control you want to have, and how you think you will deal with delays or problems.

I have used ME, Mears (prior to ME) and rented cars in our past trips... I would have to ME/Mears is the easiest (ME is operated my Mears!-- so there should be no difference!). The only difference being with ME the luggage is WAY simplier! Yes it can happen that you don't get your luggage for a long time, but that is spelled out... since I travel with kids we are always prepared... and since I have had lost luggage in the past (literally lost for the entire stay, it was found-- it had been delivered by the airline to Contemporary 5 days prior-- but that is a differnt story and that was no a MEARs or ME issue-- that was airline and frotn desk issue)!

I didn't think they did... and I will for sure weigh the costs of getting a better airfare and paying to have service.

Any good true Limo services that anyone can recommend? I would need a 10=passagner stretch. Luggage might be the issue for us!

Keep in mind also with ME that you do have the option to go and get your luggage yourself and put it under the bus (please tip the driver for his trouble of dealing with it). That is always an option if you want the free ride, but not the hassel of waiting for luggage.

I can't recommend any car services--I am pretty sure I used Mears and had no problems. We do have a car service as a sponsor for the DIS. Can't remember who it is though. Let me check. Usually the shuttle services use a Van that can hold quite a few people.

Here is a link to the Transportation board with our board sponsor. You can also get advice about other limo services. http://www.disboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=16

We flew into Sanford last December and will fly there again this December and we used Tiffany Town Car. There were 7 of us that went last year and they had a shuttle van for us. I thought they were really good. They helped us with all of our luggage and were at the resort early to pick us up to take us back to the airport.
