Does Kohl's accept manufacturer coupons?

Does anyone know if Kohls' takes manufacturer coupons?

I found some coupons online for Playskool toys & I was wondering if I could use them at Kohls.

My neighbor works there and used the Disney movie coupon to buy the Tink movie, so I think they do....unless they made an exception for him as an employee??

I'd be careful with their toy pricing, even with the coupon, a Kohls discount 40% or so, it is probably much higher than Walmart

I've heard that Kohl's lets each store manager decide their store's coupon policy so you'd have to check your specific store.
