Does it take less time to eat dinner at Ohana's or Park Fare?

Sorry, I know I've asked this before, but I was hoping to get current answers. We would like to eat dinner at 5:40 and get back to MK for Spectro. We are going 9/8-9/18, and this would be on a Tues or Thurs. It won't be the first or last time we'll see Spectro. I've heard Ohana servers take forever, but we'll also be waiting on the characters at Park Fare. For those who have been to either of these meals recently, has it been quick, or were you left waiting?

i'm not sure of O'hanas, but i know at park fare you would see all the characters around half an hour (maybe up to 45 minutes depending on where the characters are located when you are seated) but it is a small restrurant and it's a buffet, so servers expect a quick turn around on the tables

This is just my opinion of course, but you're paying big bucks at either place ...are you sure you want to rush? We have to make a point to slow Disney down, espicially at the high end places - sometimes we get caught up in the "timed" 55-60 min. in-and-out!

If you want a good meal in that neighborhood that will be served quickly, eat at Kona. It doesn't look like much, but it's seriously yummy.

PS's at 'Ohana tend to be very relative; the upstairs lobby of the Poly is always crammed with people who thought that they would be finished but are still waiting for a table.

It generally takes us about an hour at each place. Every night can vary depending on how many people are there, if characters are wandering around more, how the servers feel, etc...

'Ohana is great but it can be slow. 1900 is pretty fast since it's a buffet but I would hate to rush both.
