Does it normally take more than 10 days for Disney store order to ship?

I know everything is really backed up, but I placed an order last weekend and still have not received a tracking or shipping number. I did receive an email right after ordering but nothing else since then. Just wondering if I should cancel since I need the item for a gift (in three weeks).

First, not sure whether it makes a difference between Canada and US orders.

But, being in the US, that sounds about right.
A lot of stores are slow to ship, unfortunately.
Some things on Amazon have taken over a week even with Prime. One of my GAP orders didn’t go out until almost 1 month later. So, I would give Disney at least a few weeks until order ships out. I’m still waiting for a shipment update from an order on Disney from almost two weeks ago.
