Does is make sense to grab a single ADR for BOG when I need 5?

I see that there is a single reservation available for lunch on 11/23. I need 5. Does it make sense to reserve the 1 and hope to add more to it later? Not sure how the phone app would deal with that as I'm a first timer at WDW. Thanks!

You can and I probably would, but know that you wil not be able to add another ADR on your own MDE account. You will need another one so that you can make two separate ADR's in a short window. I usually use my DD account when I need to make multiple ADRs for the same meal. WE travel as a group and if I cannot make ADR's for all of us I will make two so we all are accomodated, or at other times I make them at different restaurants is we want to split up.

Are you saying you make multiple ADRs and when you arrive, they coordinate the two and seat all together?

They sure do try. Therre is never a promise, but if yoy do not have the ADR's they cannot even try. I have had success making two in close proximity and being seated together. Now if this was BOG breakfast or lunch, it is seat yourself, so you are all set there.

Yep. I keep looking for BOG for lunch, 4 people. I've found one and two. We've never been there; I didn't realize it was seat yourself!
