Yes they do, you can get them at Gaspirilla's Grill, the fast food area. If the food area is open at the pool, they will refill them.

For the last three years I've got Captain Hook and Alice in Wonderland ones. I hope they change soon because I've now got 10 of them. I use them every day though, I fill them with coffee when I'm taking or picking up the kids from school.

I believe they're still the same--I didn't look too closely though. DH didn't think it was worth $11.99/mug....neither one of us are Coke product drinkers. But I did think it was nice that they made purchasing the mugs easy by having them in the minibars.
