Does Frontierland open 1 hour later than rest of the park?

Quick question...at one point, Frontierland's attractions opened 1 hour later than the rest of the park. Is this still true? I'm trying to figure out our touring plan to include "the Mountains".

Frontierland attractions open at 9 each day. They are not open for Morning EMH but open for the general public at 9.

Yep, this is true. There was one time we were going to make a mad dash over to Splash during Morning EMH, but was stopped right near Cinderella's Castle, where it leads to Frontierland, and said it was closed. So we redirected and made a mad dash over to Space instead.

Tom Sawyer Island does not open until about 10AM.

It's also possible that the Country Bears don't tune up until about 10AM.

Also toon town doesn't open until 10.
