We were thinking of staying for about 30 days in January 2015. Is there a limit to the number of consecutive days we can stay?

1) The max night stay is 30-nights.
2) But, you can *usually* make consecutive reservations.
3) However, you might not always be in the same site or the same loop.

How is it that there are people who have been there for years? The specific one I'm thinking of has been in the same site for the past 4 years that I've noticed, and I heard she works in the parks.

You can make reservations 500 days in advance each up to 30 days in length. You pay one nights fee as a deposit.

The rest is simple math.

Ah, thanks Ed. I had been wondering for years how it was done, but didn't really care enough to ask till now.

The issue is any longer and you could be considered living on WDW property and then have voting rights. Very few people live on property.

For me it's simple, when my money runs out. And that will probably be soon.):):):)
