Does Fantasmic Dinner Package Still Include Appetizer?

We will be on the dining plan and wondering if with the 2008 changes is the appetizer still included? Where can I find the preset menu?

yes the app is included. we used 1 TS credit for Mama Melrose's recently. i told her we were using the meal plan and she said it was 'ok' - we still got the app.

From what I have read and I called and asked a castmember for myself a few weeks ago the app. is only included on the Deluxe Dinning Plan. On the reg. dining plan you get entree and dessert.
