Does everyone "collect" something?

Snow Babies. I have a curio cabinet full of them. I think they are so cute.

Nutsy, I also collect a lot of dust. Just never seem to find time to take all my Snow Babies out and dust down those shelves. When I do, I light the cabinet up like it's Christmas!

I do.

I started out in junior high collecting paperback books.

But, when I got to high school, that was not enough, so I started collecting paperback books and old "TV Guides."

But, when I got to college, that was not enough, so I started collecting paperback books, old "TV Guides," and calender art.

But, when I got to grad school, that was not enough, so I started
collecting paperback books, old "TV Guides," calender art, and paper cups.

But, when I left school and got a job, that was not enough, so I started collecting paperback books, old "TV Guides," calender art, paper cups, and Disneyana.

That seems to have satisfied my collecting urge.

Seriously, I collect Goofy Christmas ornaments. I have over 50 different Goofy Christmas ornmanets (someday I will have an all Goofy Christmas tree--I have enough to do an all Disney, but not quite enough for an all Goofy tree). I've been known to ask people for Goofy ornaments off their trees if I don't have one that they have.

I have a huge collection of Hockey cards, but I haven't really added to it for a few years. No wait, that's not true. I am collecting as many of one particular hockey card as I can. My namesake Trevor Linden has a special limited edition autographed card. There are only 500 of them made. I own 15 of them.

I also collect playbills from the Broadway shows I go to.

I collect Blue Willow pieces, Disney stuffed animals (mainly unique ones from WDW - like the Splash Mtn. characters, etc.), anything Disney, Gooseberry Patch cookbooks, and DH is a huge Star Wars collector so we collect way too much, but we love all of it so what are you going to do?!

I collect Christmas ornaments - I try to get one from everyplace I travel.

I also collect pigs.

Lulubelle, I collect Svarowski crystal too! I also collect a Hallmark Christmas Ornament every year called Frosty Friends.

beanie babies when they were *hot*, i don't anymore..now i collect shot glasses esp the ones from out of state when i travel and "DISNEY SHOT GLASSES" wonder if i'll grow out of that too...
