Does ESPN take priority seatings?

We want to be there at 1pm on Dec 14th for the Redskins game. If they do not take PS, do we have a chance of getting in?

You should probably show up 1.5-2 hours prior to game time if you want to sit down. I would suggest this for both a table in the dining room or to sit down in the bar as they both get extremely crowded on football Sundays.
