Does EMH after midnight count as second day?

We're flying in at night, and we only have 4 day park hopper tickets. We'll be staying at POP for 5 days. My question is, if we were to go to MK at midnight the night we arrive, would that count as an entire day? Or would it count as part of the next day since it's technically at midnight? We don't want to waste a whole day ticket on only an hour. I've tried searching for the answer but nobody has a definite answer. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you would need the extra day. It doesn't start counting the "next" day until after it closes and reopens. It is likely only about $10 though to add the 5th day to your ticket.

It would count as an entire day. Disney counts a day from park open to close (not midnight) so even if one hour it would be a day.

I think because the emh is part of the day you arrive it would count as one day, and then when you enter a park in the morning that would be a second day. Not sure though.

It would count as a day on your ticket even after midnight as you are entering during the park hours for that day and not the next day. It is not very expensive to add on days once you get beyond a three day ticket so that is something to consider.

It doesn't start over at midnight. The new day starts when the park opens.
