Does ebates still do their awesome ticket deals? Or anywhere else?

I guess im just wondering the best way to get good deals on tickets? Any insight is awesome. I know once upon a time i read ebates did an awesome cash back thing. We will be going in nov hopefully so we dont have a long time to wait for a deal.... But still want to try!!

Ebates used to do their extra cash back for Orbitz/Cheaptickets twice a year. But this past year I don't believe they did - everybody was waiting for it but the highest it went I think was 7%. Orbitz and Cheaptickets were running a buy a 3 or 4 day hopper get the 4th/5th day free at the same time. Looking at when I finally got our tickets that was in February - did not want to wait any longer since prices were going up around then. For 3 3-day PHs (getting the 4th day free) came to $795 and I got $54.66 back using Cheaptickets.

In Aug I was able to get the buy 4 get a 5th day free through Orbitz. My actual travel dates didn't work for the deal but when I extended them into Sept the deal worked. Ebates cash back was 4.7%.

You can get one early mourning with a 3 day or more ticket I think it doesn't matter where you but it from. If it doesn't say anything about it I would just ask. You can still upgrade. I believe they will apply the amount you paid for your tickets.

We just bought tickets (buy 3 days get 4th free) on Orbitz with 4.8% cash back from ebates for our trip next week.

check get away today out used every time and never had issues. They have lots of deals.
