Good morning All!
We purchased BWV via resale a few years ago. Despite providing my e-mail address, I have never received any e-mail communication from DVC. I asked about this 6 months ago and a DVC rep said that they dont use the e-mails provided via the DVC web site for anything. Contacted the DVC rep Ive been working with for a possible BLT add-on and she says that as far as DVC is concerned, they have my e-mail address. After I reconnected with DVC proper (vs the resale company) I started to receive snail-mail sales brochures. But still no e-mail.
Doesnt make sense to me. Poor use of a good tool (e-mail).
What types of e-mail communications are yall receiving (if any) from DVC?
