Does DVC qualify for a 1031 Exchange

I was wondering if timeshares qualify for 1031 exchanges?

There isn't an exception, but in the words of my tax professor, you might as well hang a big sign off you that says "PLEASE AUDIT ME."

Generally, timeshares yes. I would say DVC no. The POS prohibits DVC for commercial use only, which is a requirement for a 1031.
