Does DVC have enough SSR points to sell?

Only one building at SSR which will not be completed until 6/04. Is this going to be enough stock to sell?

I just got a call about a waitlist for OKW. My guide says SSR is really selling. Is DVC getting more active in buying up ROFR's?

I know you're the "homeowner" so you probably have the most current info. But, I thought the schedule was to open with one building in May and then open another one each month through August to have 4 open by the end of the summer. Have sales pushed this schedule up?

In any case, I don't think DVC is lacking for points to sell. I doubt sales will outpace the current schedule.

I think you are right Pam.But I just read a post from our friend from the future that said SSR may even open ahead of schedule.
Besides,One building is a lot of points.I don't think they will run short.

I think there are about 46 or 48 units in each building. Keep in mind though that there are no dedicated studios or 1 bedroom units--only two-bedrooms and two-bedroom locked off units (combined studio/1 bedroom), so this unit number in each building is actually much higher in terms of all the rooms available at one time!

DVC has two buildings declared into inventory at this time, if those sell out quickly, they can easily declare another into inventory to sell. I'm 100% certain they will NOT run out of SSR contracts for quite some time.

Each building will have 46 villas (there will be 2 GV's included in that total for each building). There will be Studios (355 sq'), 1BR (714 sq'), 2BR (1075 sq') and GV's (2113 sq') in each building.
2BR villas will be both dedicated and lock-off options. There will be interior hallways, but each building will have it's own parking area.

Each building will 24 lock-off 2BR's and 20 dedicated 2BR villas in addition to the 2 GV's. No dedicated Studio or 1BR villas are listed in the POS.

There are 70 possible individual reservations possible for each building on any given night (2GV's, 20 2BR, 24 Studios and 24 1BR villas).
