Does Dolphin have Heavenly Beds?? Also Will Renovations Be done by my AUgust Trip??

This is My first time staying at the Dolphin and I am really excited that I got a price of 139/ a night, being that its a deluxe resort. So I was hoping Ill get a newly renovated room with those oh SO Comfortable Beds

The only thing I have heard is that renovations have just started, and they are going from the bottom up. I too would love to get a renovated room for my July stay, but also want a balcony with EPCOT view for Illuminations. I guess you can't have everything, but maybe they'll hurry up for us! They say the poolside rooms are nice too. They'll probably be renovated among the first.

Did your rate include taxes and resort fees?

Heavenly beds are a Westin feature and the Dolphin is a Sheraton hotel so no Heavenly Beds.

Not Heavenly by name I guess, but I thought they were supposed to be very similar

As I'm arriving at the Dolphin this Thursday, I called the hotel and asked about renovations. I was told they have not started at the Dolphin yet. They have finished floors 1-10 at the Swan, and are now working on floors 11-12. I'll find out first hand and post any new info when I get back.

The Dolphin is considered a Westin hotel and DOES have Heavenly Beds in the Club Level rooms for sure! We stayed there last year and LOVED those beds! Just call and ask if all the rooms now have them.

I'm really confused, because I had heard that the "Club Level" rooms at the Dolphin had the "Heavenly Beds", but when I posted on the Swan/Dolphin thread, one of the experts said there that the Dolphin rooms DO NOT have these beds. Anyone else have one of the beds during a DOLPHIN stay? I have stayed at the Dolphin twice - both times requested these beds but have never received one. The reservationist said that the "Heavenly" beds cannot be guaranteed at the Dolphin, so they must have them..... right?
