Does DLR have wheelchairs for kids available?

Friends are going to DLR for a 3 days at the end of May/beginning of June (they'll have a car and are staying about 5 miles from the parks). Their 9 yo daughter just fractured her foot. Does DLR have child-sized wheelchairs available, or is there a someplace they should rent one from? TIA

Here's a link to Apple Scooter's in Anaheim.
They rent different sizes of wheel chairs in addition to scooters. I believe they will even deliver and pick up from the hotel where they are staying.
Renting from an off site location will also give them the ability to use for more than just in the parks.

How much does the child weigh? You could also rent a stroller and get the stroller as wheelchair pass. That seems like a cheaper option (rent from outside, not the park).
