Does DL do this?

My DH still hassles me because years ago I took him to WDW and didn't know to get him a "first visit" button. Even though I had been to WDW many times, I didn't know they existed.

Now we're planning a trip to DL and it will be his and our boys' first visit. He's hoping for that button. Does DL have "first visit" buttons?

They do. I know you can get them at City Hall or if you are staying onsite at one of the 3 hotels you can get them at check. I've heard you can get them in other locations in the park but I'm not 100% sure where.

You can usually get them in the gift shops as well. Just ask a CM.

They also have buttons at City Hall.

In the morning, there is often a CM standing at the top of the steps of City Hall (in DL). You can usually ask them for a button. The same for Guest Services in DCA; there is often a CM at a podium just outside the door. I mention this because sometimes the line at City Hall can be quite long and if you don't approach City Hall from Main Street, you might not see the podium CM. It's worth looking (it'll save a lot of time if the line is long)!

They also have buttons outside the park at the two guest service windows. There's not usually a wait at the one on the DCA side and you can do it while your party is waiting at the gate, so it saves park time.

I'm all in to saving time, especially in the morning. Thanks to both of you! We'll check the guest services outside DCA and then the other spots inside the parks if that doesn't work.

you can also get them at restaurants and at the Guest Service Podium at the end of MS by the wait time board.

Almost any store has them. The news stand when you first walk past the turnstile usually has them. no need to wait in line at city hall

I forget how it came up now, but when a CM in a gift shop learned that it was our first visit, she handed us buttons. Unfortunately it was the last day of our 6 day trip

I plan to get them for my parents on our next trip

Please don't ever ask for buttons at the turnstiles...just steps away and out of the way of others waiting to get into the park you can ask for them, there's a podium outside both city hall and chamber of commerce where you can get buttons without waiting in the long guest services line, or most stores or GR kiosks and information boards will also have them

I you totally agree with this!!! Going thru the turnstiles is somewhat stressful cuz u just want to finally get in and don't want delays entering the park. I agree there are so many places to get the buttons.
