Does Disney's Dining Reservation System Stop Working A Lot?

My day isn't until 6/2, but I got up at 6 am to practice and the system is down! It says, "We are unable to check for available tables at this time." It won't show me any times at any restaurant on any date. Ughhh.... I hope this doesn't happen on my day!!! I feel bad for those who are trying to make real reservations now. Does this happen a lot?
 
We are one of those people trying to make reservations today and it's awful. Even the couple of times we have gotten tables to show up, when you click on the time nothing happens. I am really starting to hate Disney right now due to this awful dining situation (lack of availability and horrendous website) and this will most likely be our last trip there even though my child is four. Who wants to deal with all this junk when planning a vacation should be fun...the awful the is when you speak to Disney on the phone, they don't care...
 
I dont think it's really gone by the time you click on the reservation. It's an issue with the site. This happened to us, but when I went back in to the reservation and tried again, that same time showed up again. When I clicked on the time again, the site just thinks about it and takes me back to the find a table screen. I am so angered right now. Disney will be hearing an ear full when I finally get through on the phones.
 
I really feel bad for anyone doing adrs today andthe last couple of days. The website is awful! I would just call since it is almost 7am. Lots of people are probably calling so there might be a bit of a wait on hold. The system can either be flawless or the opposite and today it is horrible. So glad I am done with adrs. Good luck everyone.
 

My observations from the last few months, yes, it goes down often. It also seems like they might be holding back some reservations. Good luck! If you don't get what you want on the first attempt keep trying!
 
Yes. It has been bad lately! Definately don't try to book anything from the My Disney Experience iPhone App! :)
 
Two weeks ago when my ADR window opened up, I was only able to find available reservations when I put in the date and time that I was looking and searched across all locations/restaurants. If I tried checking availability for one restaurant or location at a time, it came up as no availability. Maybe try searching different ways? It's a shame that the website is so glitchy. I also had to call and make reservations for days 9 and 10, the website wouldn't let me search for those days. :( Hope it works out for you!
 
It's been awful on the app for me. The website seems to be working a little better today, but I think they're holding back some reservation spots.
 
Seems like it is HAPPENING A LOT ever since Free Dining was announced with demand overload, guess..:confused3:scared1: Hope that you get your ADR's..:wizard:

Maybe the iphone app has issues, but I was able to snag a few hard to come by adr's on Androids app. When i checked the website at the same time, it showed nothing. The website is lacking at best.
ps. I'm not trying to start the iOS vs google debate.
