Does DisneyLAND still sell Twilight tickets in 2012 (4pm to closing)?

Does DisneyLAND still sell Twilight tickets in 2012 (4pm to closing)? We are "not" staying on site or going to a convention. We do not live in California. How much do they cost? Any other ideas to spend a half day "in" a park. We are already going to Disneyland one day and DCA one day, just want to add part of a day at a park for a good price. If not we will eat and walk Disney shopping area.

It does not sell them to the general public, nor does it sell 1 hour shopping tickets anymore.

It does sell after 4, twilight tickets to convention goers.
