I was at the resort in August and things were not live yet. Has Apple Pay been added? If yes, is it in most locations?

Yes and yes. Occasionally I’ve come across a machine being broken but all quick service, stationary ODV and merchandise locations that are Disney owned and operated accept Apple Pay.
