Does Disney take American Express gift/reward cards?

Yes they do. We cashed out a ton of points and got Amex gift cards to use for our dining on our next trip (but you can use them for tickets, shopping, lodging, etc). We did this last time and had no problems.

I used an AMEX to book my trip and to use for incidentals.

I recently called Disney and confirmed that the Amex gift cards are accepted for food, drinks, souvenirs, golf- anything you want!
