Does Disney send PINs out to those who haven't been in a while?

I know it's not very long but I haven't been since last May. I was thinking of taking a small Disney break and not going at all this year. So what are the odds that Disney will notice that I don't have a trip booked and they send me a PIN to entice me to come back?

I'm almost tempted to have a staring match with Disney to see who blinks first. Me booking a trip or them sending me a discount.

I get pins like crazy for 2 years after a trip. But if I don't go withtin that 2 years, pins are few and far between. It's not the same for everyone though. I'd love to know the "science" behind it!

It's been 9 months since my last trip and not a single pin sent to me. I was hopping that Disney would start to miss me.
