Does Disney sell Toddler Size Panchos?

No, and the child's size was huge on my 4-year-old grandson when we were there. We now always bring some cheap ones from home - pick them up at the dollar store or where you'd buy camping supplies.

When we took my DS for the first time in '04 (he was 3), we bought him the kids size when we got there and it was huge! Before we went in '07, our DD was 2 and I bought all the kids a raincoat at Wal-Mart.

target has kids raincoat/ponchos for $7. they fit my dd4 great...

No - you will want to purchase one before your trip. I have seen them at wallmart, target and even our wallgreens with the umbrella's. They have Disney themes too!

I will mention that neither of my dd's would wear a poncho until they were 5/6ish as they found them very uncomfortable. I would recommend a lightweight toddler raincoat instead. You can still fold the toddler raincoat up very small and fit it ito a ziplock for easy carrying. If you don't have one already a stroller rain cover is IMHO a lifesaver, esp for those quick FL afternoon showers.

WalMart has ponchos in the camping section for $0.88 (at least that's how much they were last year). Just buy a ton of those and cut the bottom off to fit your toddler. Then when you're done with them, you can just throw them out rather than trying to pack wet ponchos back into your bag and toting them around all day, then hanging them up to dry out overnight.

that's exactly what we did! we bought matching colored ponchos at walmart before our trip and cut them to fit the kids. They took permanant markers and decorated them before our trip. we did buy several, so we could just toss the wet ones

We got Dniece2 a really cute princess rain coat at Shopko here. It was about $7 and is folded up pretty compact. It has a hood also.
