Does Disney even read guest feedback or questions? (UPDATED after talking to April))

Looks like she copy and pasted the wrong part of a form letter meant for someone else. Now I want to email and complain about a guest just to see if I can get the exact same thing. :rotfl:

Did you read the OP response in post #9, it was not the CM's fault.
 
Yes I do of course. I wanted to let them know my personal experience, that's all. Don't dredge up the "don't expect a discount all the time" argument.

Not bringing anything up again- just making a point of your original post. You emailed or talked to disney to complain about the lateness of an AP discount or the bounceback when in all reality they didn't have to offer you anything. I book my trips regardless if I have a discount or not. If one comes along then I call them to adjust my cost and if it doesn't I don't complain about it.;)
