I have good interactions with guest services all the time.. If you have a phone number, generally 2-3 days later i get a call and most of the time am told things have been escalated.
It depends what your asking. Park hours are accurate on the website until they change and lately that's really close to the month they are changing. Makes me wonder what special event they are planning like they are holding back trying to figure out if/what they are going to toss into the line up.
