Does canceling a hotel reservation impact dining reservations?

If I book my ADR's this month at my 180 day mark and then decide to switch my hotel a month or two before my trip, will this impact my reservations?? Undecided....might upgrade.....

Canceling a hotel reservation does not cancel your ADRs.
