WBC has a couple of counter-service-style places, including at least one cafe that should be open in the morning, but no sit-down restaurants just yet. For a sit-down meal, you presently have to walk over to the Hilton or Waldorf, just across the street. It's about a mile from the far side of WBC to the WA, using roadways around the outer drive, so that's the worst case; it is probably a lot shorter if you cut through the WBC parking lot on the Hilton/WA side, avoiding the longer loop around Chelonia.
When the Wyndham Grand Orlando opens this October (the hotel building in the WBC development), they should have several full-service restaurants. http://www.wyndham.com/hotels/MCOGR/main.wnt
Also, don't forget that every WBC unit has a full kitchen. We actually prefer to have breakfast "in", so that some folks can be eating while others are still getting ready.
