Does Basic DP come with Free Refillable Mug?

Does anyone know if on the 2009 Basic Dining Plan do you get the free refillable mug that comes with the Quick Service plan?

From the brochure it looks like it might. However, it is not listed on the website when you select the Basic Dining Plan.

No, it is not included but you can purchase it for around $13 / mug

The resort refillable mug is included in the Deluxe Dining Plan as well as the Quick Service plan.

It is important to keep in mind that the mug can only be refilled at your resort, not the parks.

Seems kind of stupid to give away the mugs for counter service and deluxe dining plan but not regular dining plan....

don't think they're actually "giving" them away - the price of the mug is built into those two plans, ya know...this is Disney we're talking about. The real magic of Disney is they know how to get every last dime out of your wallet .
