Does anything like this exist?

So I'm making an (digital scrap) autograph book that I plan to have printed at artscow (or somewhere else, I don't really like their 7x5 cover). I'm wondering if I should leave the left hand pages blank for pictures. Is there anything like a stick on picture sleeve that I could put in the books or would I have to glue/rubber cement the pictures in? I'm not much interested in the gluing, but if some sort of sleeve existed, for some reason that makes me more interested.

And, if you put the sleeves in FIRST, maybe the characters wouldn't sign where you want to put pictures!!!
