Does Anyone Watch The Young & The Restless????

I was home sick from work today and decided to watch Y&R....it's been about a year since I've seen it....so now I have to ask...what happened to the "ruthless" Victor Newman?????? He so tame and no longer cares about business???? Was today's episode some sort of a dream sequence???????

I too had missed several episodes but I think he's had some sort of head trauma maybe when he rescued Niki from a car jacker. Can anyone else give more details?

Yep, you're right. Victor suffered a head injury during the car jacking and he has been acting very oddly ever since.

So I guess you missed it a couple weeks ago when Sharon and Brad finally made love? That was a long time in coming and I was sad they didn't end up together.

But how about Nick and Phyllis both going on the same business trip together? Wonder what will happen. And I really wonder whose baby Phyllis is carrying (I hope it's Nick's). Good stuff!

It's almost like Victor is re-living the childhood he never had, his behaviour is very childish I think. Whining to Nikki to stay with him and not go to work so much, cutting out his snowflakes, doing everything he can to make everyone around him happy, playing silly games with the kids, getting a puppy... things like that.

All from head-butting the car-jacker. I'm surprised though that no one but Jack can see the change and do anything about it. Once Victor returns to his old self can you imagine the fight between him and Jack. I wonder if they will be able to un-do any of the deals made because of Victor not being himself?

This sure isn't the Victor that I have known all of these years. I think that I might like him better now (just for a little while). I like Nick and Phylis together. Shirley

WOW...as a Y&TR fan, I as well have been too busy to watch and want to thank you all for a mini update....
I thought I heard Brad married Victoria..but he is sleeping w/Sharon?

And Phyllis is pregnant...why are there a # that could be father.. who has she been with

I am so amazed every single time I see Eva Longoria to think she was on Y&TR and we all knew her as Isabella...so funny..huh...

Phyllis's baby could be Nick or Jack's. I'd think it'd have to be Nick's, they did alot of fooling around! I like her better with Jack though.
Brad married Victoria and then had a one night thing with Sharon in NYC. It's so weird how Sharon is acting now. Wanting to be with Nick and acting like it didn't happen with Brad. Oh and Brad who is not really Brad Carleton, where is that going? If you haven't seen it, Victor (before he hit his head) hired JT and Paul to investigate Brad and they discovered he's not really Brad Carleton, that he took that kid's name and they knew each other. I watch the stinking show about everyday! Can't help myself!

Wow...thanks everyone for the update....I think I'm going to have to program the VCR to tape it every day now...Brad is not Brad...Brad is married to Victoria but slept with Sharon....Phyllis could be pregnant with either Nick or Jack's baby....and then there's Victor....I have to see what happens when he "returns" to "normal"...

It will be interesting to see what happens now that Vic sold his share of NVP to Jack and now Jack has controlling interest! With Sharon in the position of spokes model we could see some cat fights with her and Phyllis! Interesting senerios that Phyllis is rolling thorugh her mind with telling NIck about the baby too.

I catch it on Soap Net at night when I can because I never remember to TIVO it. there seems to be some angle with the navy and Brad as well. I'm guessing he was never in it but the "real" Brad was?? My mom watched this show while I was growing up and I love that even all these years later I can turn it on and after a little while figure out what everybody's doing. I miss the "old" Victoria - this one is so different .
