Does anyone watch "Extras"?

I have watched two episodes so far as a brief taste as to why the series is so popular, and I can say after watching it I struggle to see why it is so funny. The jokes are too high brow for me, and the celebs are only in it for a moment or two.

I think "That Mitchell and Webb Look" is a lottttttttttttttttttttttttt more funnier.

I am not a huge fan of Ricky Gervais, and I never watched the first series, but I did watch the one with Orlando Bloom in the other week (he was so funny) and I do want to watch Daniel Radcliffe tonight (if I remember)

Yes, It is Radcliffe tonight. I am going to watch this one, and if it fails to amuse me that's IT!

It's just like his episode of the Simpsons all over again!

I don't really get the humour in extras. However I must admire a man who can get major actors to be gulliable enough to queue up to have the Mickey taken out of them and believe they are being cool. It reminds me of the story of the Emporer's new clothes.

I watched Extras for the first time tonight (most of it anyway). Sorry - just don't get it! Didn't find it the least bit funny and go bored after about 20 minutes and changed channel!

it seems to me to be funny if it was just a sketch but a whole show seems to just go on and on with the same joke the whole time.

The show is now for us either.
