Does anyone watch "Bones"???

DH and I are picking this up on reruns on TNT. Why is it so good?????

However, TNT shows them in random order so we're a little confused about the backstories. Can someone help?

1. What's the deal with Hodgins and Angela? They're together, they're not, she's now a lesbian? Where do they stand?

2. What happened to Bones' dad after his murder trial?

3. What's the deal with Bones' mom? Was she murdered?

4. Booth and the Director have a backstory? What's the deal there? Were they together before he met Bones??

5. WHEN are they going to get together?

1. They were together then they broke up. Angela is a 'free spirit' hence she loves whoever no matter the gender. they broke up and now they are alluding to feelings again with Hodgins and Angela.

2. Dad pops up every once in a while. In one episode they brought him in to the Jeffersonian as a science teacher for a kids camp.

3. I think Mom was murdered and I know I have heard the story, but cannot remember.

4. Booth and Cam were dating for a while a couple of seasons ago. They are not anymore.

5. They did 'get together' on the last show of this past season, but it was all a hallucination caused by Booth's brain tumor. The season ended with his surgery.

OMG! I got so addicted to this show this spring/summer! I had a TIVO devoted to nothing but taping the old episodes on TNT and I think I watched the entire series in about a month or so.

I can't understand my complete fascination with it and I can't understand how I suddenly became madly in love with Booth after totally not getting the love for that guy when he was Angel from Buffy.

Booth & Cam were together during the show (but not anymore) but they also have a backstory pre-dating that relationship. I think maybe they knew each other from childhood and then dated for quite awhile before she joined the Jeffersonian. I know he knows her whole family and Cam has talked him into pretending to be her boyfriend at family parties and stuff just to keep her family from bugging her about not being in a relationship.

5. WHEN are they going to get together?

There was this whole bit at the end of last season where Booth had decided to contribute his "genetic material" to "Bones" as she decided she wanted to have a child and he couldn't stand the idea of someone else being the father of her baby. He was having hallucinations and Bones takes him to the hospital where the brain tumor is discovered. We find out that Bones has stayed by his side the whole time and when he finally awakens he has no idea who she is and that is where it ended for the season.

I also love Bones! I think everyone has brought you up-to-speed by now. You should be able to start the new season all caught up!

I love this show! I too found it really late, like in the third season. Angela is a hoot, you have to see the pilot where she has to get some nobody at the airport give her some info. Too funny.

I miss Zack, but I like all the various new temp assistants that Brennan has had this last season.

Has Sweets grown on anyone else? I couldn't stand him at first, but now I think he's kind of adorabley geeky and vulnerable.

I think I have decided that Mr. Nigel Murray is my favorite of the rotating assistants, but I really have like them all for the quirky piece of the story line they bring.

Sweets is becoming more likable in my opinion. I love the new kick Brennan is on to have Sweets teach her how to interrogate someone and read their body language! She is hopeless!

I like the rotating assistants too and I like Sweets too.

I enjoyed the episode last night with him pretending to be a firefighter instead of a big dork and then he got busted by the chiropractor.

It's because David Boreanz gets to smile and laugh in Bones. He was doing too much sulking in Buffy and Angel.

I like Sweets too, but I really wonder if they are ever going to go back to Zach's story line. They actualy left it open for him to return when he admitted to Sweets that he never killed anyone.

I also liked when Hodgens asked Angela if they could start again after Booth was being operated on.

I did read that the producers made a little mistake in the ending of the season. Inviso text on: (highlight to read)

He said they did not mean to make it seem like Booth had amnesia. I think Brennan was reading aloud as she wrote the story she deleted. He is confused because of the time he was unconscious.

I have liked the revolving assistants, but I want Zach back. Just not sure how they can do it. Even though he didn't kill the lobbyist, he was still an accessory.
