When we flew back from Las Vegas in 2006 we were under our combined limit of 128kg by about 14kg!! That was two of us and some serious shopping plus being away for 3 weeks away on a road trip so had to take plenty of clothing due to varying temps and no where to wash clothes easily.

) on my way back! This does worry me somewhat. I did ask to pay for extra baggage allowance, but was declined, saying that the airline does not offer it and we would be charged accordingly on the way home
What is the limit nowadays anyway? Is it still round £140??? I know it can't be pooled, but with the kids having the same limits then I guess we have a fair bit of leeway..
We have cruise clothes, pirate outfits, loads of stuff.

................It amazing how many people from the UK must purchase brand new Reeboks before travelling, wear them all holiday, and they still look brand new on the flight home
