Ah yes, the wonderful no-sew blankets!

I made one for my Mom last Christmas and she absolutely loves it!
I did have a diagram on page 6 of last year's thread for anyone interested in following the original pattern, but I too ended up following the same method that Lucky4me described on this thread. Even simpler! Worked great too, plus you get two-colored pieces on the sides.
The blanket I made was out of fleece 1.5 meters by 2 meters (less a little to make them exactly the same size and cut off edges). It's a really good sized blanket. You wouldn't need to make it that big, but to have it cover you right to your toes without being curled up, it's really nice.

(1 yard = 0.9144 meter ... so meters and yards are pretty close, though we measure in meters in Canada instead of yards)
How much is everyone paying for fleece, and just how good is the cheap stuff you're getting? I paid a LOT for my fleece but it's really nice stuff. I can't find anything even nearly close to the $2.49/yard price, even with the Canadian conversion rate.
